We use the Official Criminal History File that is maintained by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. The DataQ7 process we use is a rigorous 7 step purification and verification name matching process.

This state of the art process verifies a person's exact name and checks multiple variations of that name. Our process better identifies criminals in the system who try to avoid being matched in the Official Criminal History File. Most other background checks do not screen for multiple names.
